Client: 'I am feeling really stressed and under pressure'


Coach: Please elaborate, tell me more


Client: I have so many competing demands on my time and attention. At work. At home. I am really having difficulty meeting deadlines. 


Coach: I would like you to take a strategic and intentional #Pause right now. Notice your breathing (how quickly you are breathing, if you are holding your breath and breathing at all, the depth of your breathing), and your body posture. Just pay attention and have awareness of your breathing, and posture. 

Let's do the exercise from our previous coaching conversation:

"2) Secondly, during the day, and evening, intermittently pause, physically-mentally-emotionally (if safe to do so!), and briefly touch base mindfully, and observe where you are, what you are doing, feeling and thinking. Just observe. Lightly. Without attachment."
