Daily explanation and exploration of what coaching is, how it differs from teaching, training, guiding, mentoring - with professional colleagues (a work) - one to one = > 1 hours every weekday, > 5 hours every week (since start of TAPOM along, this includes #Micro-Coaching sessions with groups of 4 residents twice a week - to date 2 Micro-Coaching sessions - 15 to 20 minutes per session x 2 sessions per week) = for TAPOM alone, > 5 hours per week

- (Am and) have further (refining/)have refined #Micro-Coaching and #Micro-Performance-Teaching-Training combined sessions down to twice daily #3-minute-Pop-up-coaching sessions - every weekday at 1030am and 3.30pm, that any of my 50 residents and trainees can attend live (whilst also documenting and sharing #Performance+CoachingMoments+CoachingTips on daily WhatsApp community of practice and community of interest professional social media group - daily interactions and postings since November 2020)
