(4 participants - one MO, two R1s, one R4) - building capacity, exposure to cases - 'see what you look for, look for what you know' - question on 'sleep' - sleep not at end of day, but as 'start' of day - performance coaching and performance science insight and mindset - sleep (and rest) as preparation for start of, and rest of day - coaching moment - reframing 'work' and 'leisure' (from preview)
in between - extended one hour conversation with recent medical graduate (MO) - on difference between coaching, training, and instructing - their opinion about utility, usefulness of 'coaching' in medical school, for individual medical students, for new graduates - coaching conversation about three alternative career paths - one 'life' model - ("5 pillars - 2 enablers" life model by Poh-Sun Goh)
#sessionNo2 - preview - its all about 'margins' and 'the margin' - from previous conversation(s) - anatomy - location; pathology - margins and composition
(2 participants - one MO, one R4) - conversation regarding margins (applied to radiology interpretation) giving insight to type of pathology (e.g. benign vs malignant, inflammatory - acute vs old - scar) - expanding 'margins' - base - foundation(s) - breadth and depth, and focused growth - pillars - applied to career development
