#EmbodiedListening #CoachingBy(Just)Listening - Poh-Sun Goh, 23 July 2021, 0315am - over the last week, had 'coaching conversations' - #3-minute-Micro-Coaching, hour-long, and almost two-hour long sessions with multiple clinicians, at different stages of their careers (early, early to mid, mid career) - by essentially 'just listening', and paradoxically offering less or 'no' advice with mid-career colleagues - interestingly (the more junior, the more the listening - interventions (questions - open, re-framing what was heard, observations; suggestions and practice tips offered) spectrum was tilted toward interventions, and with more senior colleagues, tilted significantly toward 'just listening' - this is supported by published literature.
