What are the #Benefits? For the person being coached, the #Coachee, the #Coach. What is the #Value (of Coaching) and (its) #Impact on the #Profession, #Organisation and #Society at large?

The 'ontological' coaching program, process, and insights from this has been transformative - for the coaches, and from what we 'see', 'observe', and 'feel' from our coachees. And from what they tell us - from their responses, feedback, and actions.

(By) Coming back for more. Doing more. (Voluntarily spending) More time. More effort. Going deeper. 

(Through process) Changing for the better. Mentally, Somatically, and Emotionally. 

A profession, organisation and society at large is composed of its members, practitioners and 'citizens'.
