Finish each day (time period, session or season) and be done (with it), Tomorrow (the next moment, any moment) is a new day (is a new moment)

“Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.” ― Ralph Waldo Emerson

"Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year. He is rich who owns the day, and no one owns the day who allows it to be invaded with fret and anxiety. Finish every day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities, no doubt crept in. Forget them as soon as you can, tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely, with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense. This new day is too dear, with its hopes and invitations, to waste a moment on the yesterdays." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

'He is rich who owns the day, and no one owns the day who allows it to be invaded with fret and anxiety.' - Ralph Waldo Emerson

"This is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever; in its place is something that you have left behind... let it be something good." - Mac Anderson

"Tomorrow is the first blank page of a 365-page book. Write a good one." - Brad Paisley

"Each new day is a blank page in the diary of your life." - Douglas Pagels

Let us, then, be up and doing,

   With a heart for any fate;

Still achieving, still pursuing,

   Learn to labor and to wait.

- Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
