When the 'Oar' meets the 'Water'
(Sail catches the wind, Rudder and craft rides the currents)

When the 'Observer' (big O, observed, consciously, mindfully), picks up the correct tool (Speech Act, Emotion, Physical - including appropriately centred or 'predisposed' - stable, resolute, open or flexible), the correct 'oar', which then meets or contacts water (or hoists the sail(s), to catch the wind; or steers the 'rudder', to ride the currents), and mindfully, watchfully, observes internally, and the effects of this choice of tool, and action by the 'Results' this produces (first and second order learning and feedback), then, and only then, do 'I' ('we' or 'you' when managing, mentoring, teaching, leading and coaching) become effective and efficient, 'happy' travellers, on our (my!) journey through life.
