Applying listening, observation - really 'seeing' (hearing, and feeling) the 'being' of the Coachee - with the coach using questions, and feedback (observations, not advice) to bring awareness of the Coachee to their use of their BEL (body, emotion, language) and through conscious Observation (by both Coachee and Coach) to make (shifts to) 'new' Actions, and obtain 'new' Results (OAR). Really listen 'for' underlying 'concerns', world-views and emotions embodied in expression(s) through language, emotions and use of / embodied by Coachee, by the Coach.

My 'Coaching Creed'

Coaching conversations, coaching moments can take place 'anytime', in formal or informal settings, driven by the Coachee and what organically arises in day to day, moment to moment interactions

Coaching conversations and coaching moments can, and often take place, and sometimes (often-times) amid other conversations and interactions (during teaching, training, supervising, guiding, mentoring, instructing, working together, 'hanging out', 'just chatting')

When with other(s) [interacting with other people], it is always about the other (person[s])

Observe and listen, 'be' (embodied) present, with full attention and focus (at the very least constantly aspire and aim for this, without obsessing too much about the technical mechanics of this, or any other process) in the moment

Go with the flow. Care. Be (really) interested. (in the other person[s]). Be and 'live' in the moment. Every moment.
