#ValueAdd #OntologicalAwareness #OntologicalCoaching(Process) - #Reflection #Observation #Evidence [CoachingGuide#2 report]

TAPOM Coaching Guide #2 Report - in 'alternative format', by Poh-Sun Goh, 9 August 2021 @ 0610am

What is the value add of Ontological Awareness, and full(-on) engagement with the Ontological Training and Coaching process for me?

Simply put - Transformative.

Four hours of daily effort, 7 days a week, since April 2021 has been a joyful experience of self-(re)-discovery; integration of previous experience (learning, training, practice, reflection, observation, and feedback - both formal and informal, both professional (and-in) in personal multi-year passion projects); daily 'ah-ha'! moments; deep sense of satisfaction (from both the 'joy of learning', and 'happiness' experience(d) from informed practice), not least to mention observing (seeing, hearing, feeling and sensing) on daily basis 'new' effects, and better ones - incremental, cumulative, and exponentially building on previous 'work' (which honestly does not feel like work or effort at all).

In gratitude.

and Joy.

Writing a ‘book’, a series of open access online blogposts, to use a culinary analogy is to prepare a ‘buffet’ of content, and share ‘recipes’, for clients, and diners, to sample, nibble on, taste, and consume as and when they are ‘hungry’ or ‘thirsty’ for (whatever) full range of nourishing items on open access buffet spread.
