Do - stepwise implementation, feedback, iteratively innovate and improve, adapt and personalise, to individual preference, setting and situational demands
Teach - spread innovation, deepen insight into practice through teaching and training (others)
Write - engage in scholarship by documenting practice(s), engaging a wider community of practice (CoP), through open digital practice and scholarship, to further improve, and deepen insights into practice
Including modular, digital, open, technology enabled, enhanced, engagement through blended and flipped practices - extending contact and conversations (time), and expanding geographical footprint and network.
