My three takeaways - after 2 rounds TAPOM, doing flagship TAPOM after completing customised TAPOM / YLLSOM initial coaching program are:
- practice improves, with reflection, feedback, being mentored and coached myself (never ending process)
- the motivation, drivers, concerns … and solutions live within the coachee … role of coach is to shine light of awareness and direct self observation toward this … especially to ensure sustained sustainable change
- there is no one ‘right’ way , the key is to have strong foundation of principles and keep deepening insight into this, through further personal and professional development and reflective practice. Within a professional community of practice (CoP).
