Focus on outcome, deep understanding (through committed, open, curious listening and observation) of the client or coachee, and through awareness, training and insight then 'choose' a conversational nudge, question, reflection, somatic practice, emotional resonance guide the coaching conversation and session toward self-awareness and progressive capacity to undertake the next steps in personal and professional growth.


Awareness and insight include readiness for coaching, being open to coaching and coachability.  Pouring water into full cup is a challenging process. Emptying cup, or increasing capacity of the cup facilitates growth.


Be a coach. Get to the heart of the matter. What does the client or coachee 'feel' about the process?
